SP-01 zoning and setbacks per planning. ***Sprinklers are required, as noted on the Cover Sheet drawing***LGM**D_S** A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
