(VANILLA – SUITE #130) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit to create a 1,770 sq. ft. tenant space within an existing 11,940 square foot, 1 story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: select new concrete slab work, construction of interior non-bearing tenant demising walls, construction of interior non-bearing walls for an accessible restroom, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, new rooftop RTU on existing curb, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. No comments attached. Vanilla TI, no occupancy. Modifications to the existing automatic sprinkler system in this facility may be required for the improvements planned. The tenant improvement plans shall be reviewed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor, to determine what, if any, modifications are necessary to maintain code compliance within the project area. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
