Separate electrical permit required. **JJN** A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling inspections. 4/2/2020 3rd Prescreen- This is not a new process, the CFH20-00027 needs to be approved by Planning and Zoning (different department than the Building department) when that is approved and the appeal period is over you may submit this for your building permit. You may contact Planning and Zoning for questions on your CFH case and for the appeal process at ###-#### and asked to speak with someone in Planning and Zoning.

4. Site plan of the whole parcel showing where the pool is located.
5.Project will require a CAT II Hillside application prior to acceptance of the building permit application. Application #114 will need to be filled out and turned in to the Planning & Zoning counter at city hall with the application fee.
