Work is to include installing brewery equipment including a grain roller mill, a grain auger suspended from the ceiling, vessels, kettles, tanks, piping, chiller, etc. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy only for the brewery room and roller mill room. The existing Certificate of Occupancy established under permit BLD18-01332 for the tasting room is still valid for the rest of the building. Special Inspection is required for anchors post-installed in hardened concrete.
