Work to include: constructing tenant demising wall; constructing nonbearing partition walls to separate reception, create accessible restroom, breakroom, storage and laundry rooms; new doors/doorframes; new ceiling in restroom; new suspended tile ceiling in storage, laundry and break areas; new light fixtures; plumbing work; mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JJN**
