Permit to finish out and occupy the vanilla tenant space created under BLD20-00824 for the east side of an existing building. This tenant space is 55,070 sqft ground floor and 8,235 sqft mezzanine for a total fire area of 63,310 sqft.. Work to include: interior non-bearing partitions to create an all new ground floor configuration (employee lounge, men's restroom, women's restroom, vestibule, instructional area, cash office, managers office, staging area, frame room, receiving area, all new mezzanine with 3 mezzanine access stairways, mezzanine railing, 1 new conveyor to mezzanine from receiving area, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work, structural work and finishes. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. **MDH**
