(VILLAGE EAST APARTMENTS POOL) Permit for the installation of a new in-ground gunite swimming pool and raised spa adjacent to the club house building permitted under BLD19-00536. THIS PERMIT IS FOR THE POOL AND POOL DECK ONLY. The total area of the fenced enclosure is 9,414 sq ft (BBQ and covered patio part of clubhouse original permit). The water surface area of the swimming pool is about 2,534 sq. ft. and the pool perimeter will be about 249 ft, and 61,000 gallons of water. The water surface of the spa is about 144 sq. ft. and the spa perimeter will be about 56 ft, and 3,300 gallons of water. Work to include: Reinforced concrete swimming pool (pool walls and floor), two concrete stairways to serve the pool, a pool ladder, handrails, a pool lift accessible to the disabled; concrete spa (walls and floor) with transfer wall accessible to the disabled; pool equipment; and the perimeter fence barrier. Pool gates are required to have illuminated exit signs and panic hardware. Pool barrier to meet requirements of 2015 ISPSC Section 305. Special Inspection required for concrete. **JJN**

3. Per submittal checklist provide list of chemicals and amounts that will be stored for pool - indicated as provided but do not see included in plans or documents
4. Per submittal checklist plumbing plans must be stamped by Idaho licensed plumbing engineer. Or provide approval from plumbing plan reviewer that stamp not required - can email Dan Ediger at dediger@cityofboise.org to request approval to submit without stamp.
5. Shotcrete is specified on engineering plans - may required special inspections - please have engineer fill out #310 Special Inspections form. Can be found here: https://www.cityofboise.org/media/9063/final310_special_inspections_01-2019.pdf
6. Please make sure stamping area is provided in bottom right corner for city stamp on all plan sheets - cover sheet shall have 4"x4" area 3" off the right edge; and all other sheets shall have 4"x2" area 3" off right edge reserved.
