1. Literature of type of anchor to be used. Identify which anchor and maximum loading of anchor.
2. Picture or paperwork showing weight of home to be placed on lot.
3. Map or diagram showing locations of anchors and how many to be placed on home to exceed weight of home.

Once you have the information, please submit it to the front counter so the permit may be routed back to me for review/approval.
