Per CAA20-00045 a cross-access and maintenance agreement shall be provided prior to submittal of building permits allowing access on the neighboring property. Furthermore, the driveway providing access to the property shall be constructed with a 5' landscape separation adjacent to any property line not utilizing the property. It appears that the landscape separation on the far side of the driveway is just over 4' it needs to be 5'. Finally, irrigation details are required.
