Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new beverage machine repair business in an existing 2,386 square foot tenant space (2,070 square feet 1st story and 316 square feet 1st story mezzanine) within an existing 9,300 square foot multi-tenant building. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled.
