(ROOSTER’S EATERY) Permit is for tenant improvements within an existing 2,834 sq. ft. shell tenant space for restaurant use (shell space created under BLD19-01682). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a kitchen area, a prep area, an office and a dining area, select new door/door frames, new kitchen equipment, millwork, new type 1 hood, new rooftop MAU and exhaust fans, new light fixtures, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is Not Fire Sprinklered. **Note: a 2-Hour fire area was created under BLD19-01682 and with the addition of the A2 restaurant occupancy the east fire area is limited to 99 occupants and the building is limited to 5,000 sq. ft. in fire area, if any one of these are exceeded the building shall be required to be fire sprinklered. ** JG

1. Leave a 4"x4" blank space in the lower right hand corner of the A-0.0 cover sheet. Leave a 4"x2" blank space in the lower right hand corner of all other sheets. Locate blank space 3" from right sheet edge.
2. In addition to the approved application, upload a copy of the CDH stamped approved floor plan (can be 8 1/2x11 or 11x17 small document).
3. Door hardware schedule for existing exterior doors and existing door to access restrooms.
4. Interior elevations showing all service counters (point of sale counter, drink station, bus station, etc) for verification of accessibility compliance. Identify furniture heights and location of all accessible seating (5% required).
