Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removing select door/doorframes; remove plumbing fixures; remove restroom partitions; install new plumbing fixures; new restroom partions; new lighting fixtures; new doors/doorframes; electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. A new certificate of occupancy is not being issued with permit as there is no change in occupancy or occupant load. A certificate of completion is to be issued upon approval and completion of the permitted work. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JJN**
