Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls removal of select exterior bearing wall for window openings at training room, removal of select door, removal of select interior rated wall for new rated window openings at gym, removal of select concrete floor, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal select of wall and floor finish, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior non-bearing walls, select new door/door frames, wall furring, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

No comments attached. Modifications to the existing automatic sprinkler system in this facility may be required for the improvements planned. The tenant improvement plans shall be reviewed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor, to determine what, if any, modifications are necessary to maintain code compliance within the project area. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
