Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of cooler walls, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select mechanical equipment, removal of exhaust hood, construction of interior non-bearing in-fill and furred walls, select new door/door frames, millwork, new acoustic suspended ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
