(PAYETTE BREWING) SPECIAL INSPECTIONS REQUIRED" Permit for the construction of a 882 sq. ft. shade structure to the North of the existing building towards the East end. The structure will consist of a steel framework with the fabric shade cloth. The new shade structure will be placed 24'6" from the existing building which was permitted under BLD15-02470. The main building is type IIIB construction with the new structure VB with a nonombustible frame. The structure has been placed 10 feet from an imaginary property line allwing for a nonrated wall on the South side of the structure. The existing type IIIB building will be placed 14'6" from the imaginary property line and per table 705.8 is allowed 45% unprotected openings the section of wall directly adjacent to the shade structure currently has 16% unprotected openings with the entire wall length having 25% unprotected openings. The Main building is not required to have a parapet per exception #6 section 705.11/2015 IBC. The shade structure fabric is required to be fire resistance rated in compliance with NFPA 701. This structure is not fire sprinklered. All work per the approved plans. CDM
