(ST. LUKE’S REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – CHILDREN SERVICES – OCCUPANCY) The fire sprinkler system is used for fire department access deficiency. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new office tenant within an existing 1,423 square foot building (980 square feet 1st story and 443 square feet 2nd story). This tenant will occupy the entire building. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system, if any, is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
