Description	This building is not fire sprinkled. To construct a 1094 sq. ft. canopy at the Northeast corner of an existing (12,363 sq. ft.) ice cream plant. Special inspection is required for all welding. The new columns nearest the alley must be of 1-hr fire-resistive construction (special inspection required). Work is to include new insulated wall and ceiling panels for a new (1320 sq. ft.) walk in freezer. All existing exposed foam plastic insulation shall be removed. All work must comply with the approved drawings, engineering, and plan check notes on file. Clearances between the existing electrical service drop and the canopy roof must comply with the NEC.
