This building is not fire sprinkled. To cut through an existing building, jack up the North portion, remove the existing foundation, and construct new concrete footings and foundations. Work shall include new floor beams, columns, and interior spot footings all per approved drawings and engineering on file. Selective demolition is also approved under this permit. New construction beyond that outlined above is not approved. This permit is issued per the Building Director's request communicated in a memo dated July 24, 1995.
