As of July 26, 1995 that file has not been reviewed. --UPDATE-- The Fire Department's file was reviewed July 28, 1995 by Carl J. Westfall. The correction of their concerns listed in past inspection reports should be verified by them.

This building was built in 1970. Copies of the original 1970 drawings were obtained from the Building Department's micro fiche record. These copies were then revised and submitted for review by Plan Check. The revisions were not authorized by the original architect. This was verified by a phone call to D. Douglas Lindley (#416) on 07-25-95. He is the architect who's stamp appear on the submitted drawings. Since these drawings were not prepared, signed, and sealed by an architect licensed by the State of Idaho the Building Department rejected the application.
