PC436-95 drs FINAL CERTIFICATE OF VALUE ON FILE ELEC. 270.00 PLG MECH N/A To replace the door with a 20 minute labeled smoke and draft control door/frame assembly and a labeled 3/4 hour, 1/4 inch wire glass sidelight installed in a labeled 3/4 hour steel frame as outlined in Section 3305 (h), UBC. To repair the corridor wall, openings and penetrations for the length of this tenant space to meet Secs. 3305 and Chapter 43 of the Uniform Building Code. All per approved plans and plan review correction sheet attached to the plans. To repair or construct Tenant Separation walls as needed. Final of this project shall result in the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for this Tenant. Separate electrical permits are required. Final occupancy of this space is subject to Fire Department approval.
