New owners group removed 8 room units from this project phase and made additional changes in areas of finish to reduce the initial cost of construction. Room addition shown as future phase. Reviewed with Gordon Goldsmith of Fire Dept., Tempra Wilson of Planning & Zoning & Bob Garrison, Plan Check Div. Manager. Updated office copy of plans & structural specs and approved set for contractor to install in his approved plan. Permit has allready been issued for this project and work is in progress. Copy of change request letter & P&Z acceptance E-Mail given to inspector, Kim Maurer. Permit has been rewritten to reflect changes and taken to front desk for reissue. No changes in fee schedule do to time involved to re plan check and reissue per mtg. with Bob Garrison, Marv Meyers, Dan Stuart & Wayne Carr of Healthsouth Corp.

I explained that I need specific details calling out the structural materials and connection to be used to support the rolling grill when used in a framed wall. ie; tube steel, lateral bracing, length, cover, etc. and I FAXED him a copy of the NER-332 for his reference.
