Fire sprinklers throughout shall be completed by the end of 1995. A permanent Certificate of Occupancy shall not be issued to Horizon Airlines until the fire sprinkler system throughout is complete. To construct Horizon Airlines Operations facility (2,868 sq. ft.) under 1967 Concourse "A". On Jan. 8, 1996 it was discovered that the fire sprinklers were needed for area increase. They cannot be used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. This space must comply with Type II-1hr provisions. Drawings approved 10-3-95 seem to comply anyway.
