Wilson, Planning Dept. has reviewed and approved the appearance of structural seismic upgrade to east wall of existing building. Prior to final of this permit and return of the bond a site review must be performed by the project engineer to determine that the structural seismic upgrade to the remaining structure has been performed in accordance with his engineered plans and that no additional requirements are necessary for structural stability. Written notification of this review must be provided to the Structural Division of the Building Department. Structural seismic upgrade subject to conditions attached to this permit. Sewer cap requires separate permit from Public Works. Asbestos removal subject to requirements of the E.P.A - contact R. Goehring at 334-1626.
