To construct a 918 sq. ft. two car garage at the side of existing attached garage and add a 1289 sq. ft. second story addition over total combined garage area. Note: This space will be split into two living units with seperate entrances and kitchen facilities. New kitchen cannot have a range nor can this area be used for rental unit. Work also to include 37 sq. ft. cantilever expansion to primary kitchen area. New utility room and entry way to be added in approxiametely half of existing garage. Hardwired smoke detectors will be required in all new construction areas. Battery powered smoke detectors required in all existing bedrooms and hallways leading to same. Complete fire-seperation required between garage and any habital areas. All work per approved plans and attached requirement lists.
