Description	SUBS & STUFF This building is not fire sprinkled. To install a second exit from the dining area. Work is to include the installation of a new door with side lights in the South wall (2nd window bay from the West). This door must swing in the direction of exit travel, have panic hardware, be identified by a lighted exit sign with back up power, and have landings on both sides no lower than 1/2" below the door threshold. Glass in the door and within 2' of the edge of the door in a closed position must be safety glazing. The door is to be positioned so that the existing glass is not required to be safety glazing. The maximum allowed occupant load (77) shall be posted in a conspicuous sign near the main exit. No structural changes are approved.
