Met with Darwin Lee to discuss application and requirements for ventilation of attic space. Ventilation to be per Chapter 15.

After further review of application submittal by Darwin Lee it was discovered that a Class B Roof was needed instead of the Class C soecified by Darwin. I informed Darwin by phone of the requirement and reviewed a Class B assembly with him that he felt he could comply with. Requires 2-base sheets mech. fastened, a specific poly membrane & a reflective coating. See #1, pg. 151, 1995 UL Roofing Systems Directory. Will issue pernit based on this system.
