THE CONSTRUCTION IS METAL STUDS, CONCRETE MASONRY UNITS AND BRICK VENEER, TYPE V-NONRATED. THE EXISTING CMU WALL IS BEING CONVERTED TO A TWO-HOUR AREA SEPARATION WALL WHICH IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 88' NORTH OF DAY STREET. THIS WALL WILL SEPARATE THIS PORTION OF THE BUILDING FROM THE REMAINING SHOPPING CENTER. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS, ATTACHED REQUIREMENT LIST, CABO/ANSI STANDARDS AND THE 1994 EDITION OF THE UBC.THIS BUILDING WAS DESTROYED BY FIRE ON 9-14-95. THERE WILL NOT BE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY ISSUED FOR THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE PERMITS AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCIES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR EACH TENANT IMPROVEMENT SPACE. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS MAYBE MADE BY CITY PLANNING AND ZONING RELATIVE TO MAINTAINING EXISTING SETBACKS OF THE PREVIOUS BUILDING. PC# 061-96
