Description	BOISE CITY CLERK'S ARCHIVE FACILITY Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. To create and remodel a 10,311 square foot two story tenant space (1,085 sq.ft. basement, 4,794 sq.ft. 1st floor, 4,432 sq.ft. 2nd floor) for use as a records retention facility. Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistive tenant demising walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, 2 new stairways, new/modified footings, upgrades to floor systems, interior nonbearing walls, enlarged door openings in existing concrete walls, and a wall infill in the East wall all per approved drawings, engineering, and plancheck notes on file. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. PC-144-96A CJW
