THIS PERMIT ALSO INCLUDES THE FIRE REPAIR TO THE ROOF STRUCTURE AND A VANILLA FINISH TO THE TENANT SPACE NUMBERED 1008 VISTA. THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS V-NONRATED. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS, ATTACHED REQUIREMENT LIST, CABO/ANSI STANDARDS AND THE 1994 EDITION OF THE UBC. THIS BUILDING WAS DAMAGED BY FIRE ON 9-14-95.
