To remodel an existing office suite by dividing into 3 tenant spaces per approved plans on file. This tenant space to be 2089 sf. Work to include removal of approximatly 36lf of existing interior partition walls, 7 interior door assemblies, and one sidelight, then infilling spaces with 25G metal studs with 5/8" Type X gwb both sides, intalling one interior door with approximatly 3lf on new partition wall, installation of one new corridor door (20-min, with closure and smoke seals), repair of carpeting, ceiling, and painting per plans.
