Inspected on 3/15/99 - No plans or approval letters available from planning dept. or Records Dept. Plans on site did not include any landscaping plans. Spoke with Architect who read approval letter for DR-10296 to me over the phone. Need above-grade H/C parking sign at front - need some small plantings in the planter at the southeast corner of property and need to clean up all the leaves, litter, pile of old "Thrifty Nickel papers" stacked at back door - cleanup broken and damaged drywall material and other misc/ litter. Re-inspected on 3/16/99 at approx 11:30 - Mr. Fenner completed all that I asked him to do - PASS
