Rough grading completed. Grading plan was changed to add a 6foot high retaining wall. Told Dale Behrman that this would require a Category 1 Hillside application for final approval. The engineer has approved the rough grading and recommended a bond of $11,200.00 for the remainder of the work to be completed. This is acceptable.
