called builder to get info. missing on the plans submitted. all header sizes not called out, safety notes in the garage missing, smoke detector locations are missing, there is 0 tolerance for the lot setbacks and I recomend that a surveyor set lines for the placement of the foundation walls. I am requesting that the builder pick up the plans and correct and add the correct notes.
