Work includes installation of 20 minute door assemblies, 3/4 hr. rated glazing in basement window openings, 1-hr. rated wall infills in the basement, infill of openings exceeding the 25% area allowance with smoke barrier walls per Sec. 905.2.3 and a new stairway.
