Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled; interior nonbearing walls; interior doors and windows; interior structural footings, columns, and beams; and a new exterior beam all per approved drawings and plan check conditions on file. THE TENANT OWNER HAS PROVIDED LETTERS FROM SOME DISABLED INDIVIDUALS THAT SUBSTANTIATE THE OWNERS CLAIM THAT THE "WORK CANNOT REASONABLY BE PERFORMED BY PERSONS HAVING A SEVERE IMPAIRMENT" (1994 UBC 1103.1.1 Exception #2).
