No exterior wall sawcutting/demolition is to occur under this permit. Requested enginnering designs & calculations have not been received as of this date as requested in prliminary plan review. Existing exit ways are to be maintained clear and operational during this project. The site is to be broom clean at the end of each work day, no build up of trash at site, no storage within the mall proper, sprinkler system functional or notify the fire department if system to be shut down for directions and protect the existing smoke detector / smoke evacuation system from damage. Called CSDI to verify the total cost of the demo & to specify that the permit would not include the demolition of the exterior wall as noted on the application for permit because ther was outstanding engineering design and calculations required of through the Architect of Record and until such information is received and approved the walls are to remain undisturbed. I explained this condition to Jeff Langdon of CSDI. He understood and would do some followup with Old Chicago to see when the information is coming.
