I called Lawrence Ross of Michner Investments and told him I needed a value showing the difference between the tenant finish cost and the cost of the vanilla finish/shell permit. I had tried to call Mike Flynn, applicant and part of Steag, but he does not work in the afternoon, so I called Lawrence to see if I could help speed things up since they are anxious for a permit before the first of December.
