This work within this space was largly done without permit. The contractor & developer made changes to the shell & core/vanilla finish permit without realizing the need for separate tenant permits for each tenant. When the error was discovered the proposed tenant & contractor provided us with plans for their space and cost differences of additional work done not included in shell permit.
