Work to include removal of approx. 232 linear feet of interior nonbearing walls, ceiling system within area, light fixture's, miscellaneous piping & mechanical ducting as indicated on plans. To install a new suspended ceiling system and to install new or relocate ductwork and diffusers. Started to review plan against plans on file, provided by HP in 1995. Plan shows open office concept through center of building but the 1995 plans show office areas surrounded by full height walls without proper rated corridors. Larry Kalousek came over to review plan differences and I gave him a copy of our plans to reference when he gets with HP on the differences. I am putting the plans on hold until Larry brings in new plans or a letter from HP saying it actually is an open plan as indicated and I will replace our office plan for the HP complex. 12/31/96 - Reviewed plan from HP showing that existing conditions in Hp bldg. ,#1, lower level is an open office at this time. I am proceeding to issue the permit.
