Description
To remove approximately 52 linear feet of wall from the lower link and 37 linear feet from the upper link, of the link connecting Bldgs. #2 & #3 as indicated on plans on file. No new construction, use or occupancy of the pedestrian walkway link is allowed under this permit. The pedestrian walkways are not considered buildings under the UBC for occupancy purposes per Sec. 409. Hewlett Packard is working on a time frame plan, to be submitted to the building & fire depts for approval, that will remove all existing uses of the pedestrian walkway that have occured in the past. The dollar value of demo was over $500.00 and I need plans to track the progress of removing non complying uses within the pedestrian walkways between buildings. A permit is required.
