(PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH - NEW SOUTH ENTRANCE AND ADDITION) Fire sprinklers used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. The demolition of existing courtyard improvements covered under BLD97-2733. To construct a 3,891 square foot addition between exsiting buildings on the South side. Work is to include site improvements, concrete footings, concrete foundations, steel columns, wood beam and joist roof system, a new masonry tower, and skylights all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan check conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Generally, this is a shell and core permit. Finishes for most of the addition (as shown on the approved drawings) will be constructed under a future phase. Work shall be sufficiently complete to allow occupancy.
