Description	(MOUNTAIN WEST) Fire sprinklers used to allow the 5th floor. To remodel a 3,933 square foot area on the first floor for office use. This project is a conversion from a retail sales tenant to an office tenant. Work is to include interior 1-hr non-bearing walls, two restrooms altered to be accessible to the disabled, 1-hr walls to separate the first floor from the 2nd floor, two upgraded stair enclosure corridors, interior glass and doors, and suspended gypsum and acoustical ceilings all per approved drawings, applicable codes, and plan check conditions on file.
