Description	(PIZZA HUT IN GROVE HOTEL) Fire sprinklers used to meet high-rise requirements, etc. To finish a 1,022 square foot (334 sq.ft. seating - 688 sq.ft. kitchen) restaurant tenant space on the street level floor. Customer service will be provided to the Arena and to a seating area having direct access to the outside. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a 2-hr shaft for a Type II (non-grease) hood, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan check conditions on file. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit replaces a portion of permit BLD97-1391 that previously covered this same tenant space.
