After a conference call with Jim Wyllie (Public Works) and Dave Selvage (Parks Dept) they agreed to allow grading of the building pad areas. The permit was then revised as of this date to include building pad work. As all items required by Dave and Jim have not been complied with at this time the full grading permit cannot be issued.

Based on plan review by Parks Department and condition letter from Dave Selvage on 9/11/97 the permit was revised to include site utilities, exclude the areas of the Greenbelt and building pads pending further submittals from Civil Engineer to comply with Parks Department requirements.
