Description	To construct new interior walls, ceiling, electrical/HVAC/plumbing and finish for office, conference room, and class rooms in a 29,952 sq.ft. building per approved plans on file. All magnetic door hold devices shall be equipped with an approved listed special egress-control device as required by UBC Sec. 1004.5. Two hour fire rated occupancy separation walls and columne protection are a requirement of the fire department due to limited fire department access. They also separate the area of office spaces so each space has there required exits to the exterior of the building and limits the occupant load to less than 100 for each area therefore complying with exception 8 of section 1005.7 not requiring rated corridors./NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
