Reviewed project with Marlene Southard, dicussing work that has been completed withou permits or plans over the past several years for several tenant spaces. Since this space will have its own exits to the exterior without going into the structure a permit can be issued for this TIE as well as a letter being sent to Mr. Rick Dodson, 674-97ltr., informing him that there are code deficiencies as noted by Patrick McKeegan's code analysis review and that there will be know permits issued for any other remodel unless the code deficiencies relating to that space & the exit system serving that space is included. See copy of letter in file.

Met with Karl Miller, KM Maintenance, to review plans submitted for a TIE permit. Karl had plans & existing building code compliance review by Patrick McKeegan in response to a previous meeting where it was dicovered that the bilding had been broken into several tenant without permits or plans. This tenant space will have its own required exits directly to the exterior and will maintain the wall toward the common court with same construction & window frame upgrades to steel frames.
