Spoke with Gary Palmer about submitted Plan sheets for racking, I indicated that the calculations and design had to be under 1994 UBC, that if the Engineers stamp was from out of state that he would have to design to seismic zone #4, and informed him that the engineers stamp had expiered. And asked him for the detail of the on-hour corridor.
