Description	To remodel an existing 6,190 sq.ft. classroom tenant by expanding an additional 2,730 sq.ft. of area into existing warehouse space per approved plans on file. Work to include construction of interior partitions to divide up two areas one to be classroom the other to be play area. The partitions within classroom areas are to be limited to inclosing each area to less than 80% only. Each room the classroom, and the play room, will have there own exterior exit. no rated corridors required. The installation of a gaurd rail on an existing landing. The installation of two exit doors one from play area the other from existing warehouse. The installation of new mechanical system, and extension of the fire alarm system to this area. NOTE: This builidng is fully fire sprinklered. Any modifications or alterations to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as required by the fire department. (P.C.#723-97)RMH CUP-97-0071.
