It would appear, as near as can be determined from the sketchy plan on file that the conditions of approval have been met. in regards to the Conditional Use Permit. However, there is still "prohibited outdoor storage of misc. bldg. materials and etc." at the north side of structure on the premises. This is only seperated from the playground by an "orange plastic web construction fence." With a violation of this nature at a "child care facility" I am reluctant to sign off a "final approval". I will talk to George S. and Planning Dept. Phone call with Ms. Leatham was very non-productive, she claims they are using the material and are allowed this storage. I believe this Building Permit has expired without being finaled - therefore, no rights to store materials for building on the property exist.
Discussion with Scott Spjute on 9/22/99. There is no "storage area" requested or approved on the plans.
