Reviewed file for past projects at this address. This is a two story structure on both ends and one story in the middle. The submitted plans did not indicate a site or key plan and I called Habitec Architects office and requested the two plans. I called Cindy Williams of Addecco Tad Design Offices to verify that they occupied the entire floor area to verify access to both exits from all portion of the floor. Original tenant lease plans for the building indicated a central exit corridor serving several tenant spaces for the required exits. Submitted plans do not indicate a central corridor any longer and our records do not indicate when this was changed.
